It's a nice apartment complex. The apartments are fairly nice, clean, and new. Washer/dryer/dishwasher are also great to have. After this it largely goes downhill. Management has been changed out 3 or 4 times in the year that I've been here. Difficulty getting ahold of management as well as getting them to actually help you with maintenance issues is the general norm. If you have a leaky faucet that technically still works.. You just have a leaky faucet.
There is only one single dumpster in the whole complex so if you don't live near it you can expect quite a walk. (Takes me 10 mins one way)
Lastly, if you move to Brooklyn place apartments, expect your rent to increase. I've been here only one year and my rent has increased from $755 to 925 in several small bumps. It adds up.
